Program terms
The short, honest version. Applying means you accept these.
1. Commission
30% of subscription payments (monthly or annual) made by users you referred, during their first 12 months after signup. Credit top-ups, founding-member seats, taxes, and payment fees are excluded.
2. Attribution
Last click wins. Your link sets a 60-day attribution window and the signup must happen within it. Self-referrals and purchases on your own accounts never earn commission.
3. Payouts
Each commission unlocks 30 days after the payment clears. Payouts are sent monthly via PayPal with a $50 minimum. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching commission, even after payout.
4. No income claims
You may not promise earnings or publish income claims such as guaranteed monthly amounts from using MaqtAi. Describe real, typical results only. Regulators hold both of us liable for misleading earnings claims.
5. Disclosure required
Follow FTC and local advertising rules: disclose the affiliate relationship clearly (#ad or equivalent) wherever you share your link, and post from your own real accounts.
6. Prohibited promotion
No bidding on MaqtAi brand terms in search ads, no coupon or deal site listings, no comment spam, no unsolicited bulk messages, no fake accounts. Violations void unpaid commissions and end the partnership.
7. Program changes
We may update rates or terms for future payments with 30 days notice. Commissions already earned are honored under the terms they were earned under.
